Recipe #83: Easy-to-Make Garlic Oil

4 large garlic cloves
1 cup extra virgin olive oil

Mince 4 large garlic cloves and place in a jar with 1 cup of extra virgin olive oil.

Shake well and let stand for several hours to allow the raw garlic to infuse the oil.

Remove the minced garlic from the oil before use.

Garlic oil will keep for two weeks refrigerated.
