Recipe #103: Greek Salad

Serves 4

1 head lettuce
3 medium size field tomatoes
1 medium onion
1/2 English cucumber
1 green pepper
4 oz feta cheese


In cup extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. oregano
16 Greek olives


Wash all ingredients.

Chop lettuce and place in salad bowl. Add chopped onions, green peppers, cucumbers and wedged tomatoes. Add oil, vinegar salt and oregano.

Crumble and add Feta cheese. Mix ingredients well and serve.
