Recipe #118: Custard Sauce
2 cups of milk
4 tbsp sugar
3 tsp corn starch
2 egg yolks
1/4 tsp vanilla
Heat 1 ½ cups milk in double boiler.
Mix sugar and starch in ½ cup cold milk.
Add to hot milk.
Mix in eggs and vanilla.
Stir until right thickness.
