Recipe #158: Whole Wheat Bread

1 cup whole wheat flour
2 cups all purpose flour
½ tsp sea salt or 3/4 tsp table salt
1 tbsp lecithin
1 tbsp gluten flour
1 tsp yeast

3/4 cup water
½ cup milk
3 tbsp honey

1 tsp butter (optional)

Mix dry ingredients in bowl.

Mix wet ingredients in measuring cup.

Add dry ingredients to bread maker bucket.

Pour wet ingredients into bread maker bucket.

Add butter.

Place bucket into bread maker.

Plug in and press start.
