This is the second mystery recipe. This one seems to be some kind of sauce? Serve it with pasta?

28 oz tomato sauce
6 oz. tomato paste
1/2 C apple cider
1/2 C red wine vinegar
2 T oregano
1 T basil
2 T Worcestershire sauce
1 T dried parsley
1 t dry mustard
1 t tarragon
1 t salt (optional)
1 large garlic clove, crushed
1 chopped green pepper (optional)
Fresh ground pepper to taste
Simmer on low heat for at least half an hour, stirring.
