Recipe #50: Salsa

4 fresh medium tomatoes 
1/2 smallish onion
1 mild jalapeno pepper
1/2 teaspoon (rounded)
1/2 teaspoon (level) cumin
1/2 teaspoon (scant) basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
dash black pepper


Puree in blender or food processor, or just chop everything very fine and mix.

Makes about 2 cups.
